I have a passion for supporting people that have experienced trauma, sexual violence, and relationship issues. I look forward to collaborating with you to help you build your resilience, self-compassion, and to develop a healthy support system.
As a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I support clients by helping them to navigate their healing journey from abuse, neglect, and traumatic grief. I have processed with clients their experiences involving sexual violence, anxiety/depression, and PTSD. I utilize a direct approach in therapy and bring curiosity and humor to build a strong rapport and meet you where you are with your healing.
