Clinical Therapist Position

The position is for a full-time in-person/on-site clinical therapist (either full or associate-level in Georgia) that will provide in-person and telehealth outpatient individual and group therapy.

We are currently looking for therapists who:

• Hold an active license (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAPC, LMFT, LAMFT, PhD, PsyD) in Georgia or will have license by date of hire

• Have experience working with older adolescents, emerging adults, and established adults 

• Who practice from a trauma-centered, harm reduction, and relationally-focused perspective 

• Understand and believe in client self-determination as a key to client growth 

• Approach their work with clients from a both/and framework 

• Are ready to be a part of a growing, dynamic, creative, and collaborative team.

The position:

• W2 commission-based from both insurance and private pay

• Furnished office spaces and shared group space located in Athens, Georgia

• Very flexible schedule with onsite weekly clinical consultation and supervision

• Built-in referrals, no on-call, billing, credentialing, and advertising costs included, as well as liability and EHR costs
