Associate Clinical Therapist Position

The associate clinical therapist (LMSW, LAPC) will provide in-person outpatient individual and group therapy. We are currently looking for a mental health therapist who:

• Has individual therapy and preferably group experience working with older adolescents, emerging adults, and established adults

• Practices from a trauma-centered, harm reduction, and relationally-focused perspective

• Promotes, acknowledges, and believes in client self-determination as a key to change

• Has an anti-racist, social justice orientation that informs their practice

• Is ready to be part of a dynamic, growing, and collaborative group practice

The position:

• W2 based on commission from clients seen, both through some insurance and from private-pay

• Furnished office space, all utilities included, located in 5 Points Athens

• Very flexible schedule with onsite weekly clinical consultation and no-cost clinical supervision for LMSW

• Built-in referrals, no on-call, billing and advertising costs included, as well as liability and EHR costs
