Thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about me. I look forward to supporting your healing and growth. My clinical practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, emotion-focused framework that emphasizes the therapeutic process as the most powerful instrument of change. I approach therapy as a whole person. I carry my identities, personality, and lived experiences with me. I believe that, when I show up fully, it creates space for you to do the same. My goal is to offer you an emotionally safe environment where you can show up with all parts of yourself – the whole person that you are - without fear of judgment.

I have spent my career working as a generalist psychologist, but I do have a few specific clinical interests. I have a lot of experience working with undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. I enjoy working with individuals who want to use therapy to process family of origin concerns and how past family experiences may be impacting current relationships and functioning. I have a background in the areas of problematic substance use and recovery. I have worked with many LGBTQIA+ folks, and I am a World Professional Association for Transgender Health certified provider.

Sliding scale and Insurance accepted. Currently working with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare and Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield.
