The therapeutic relationship is a foundational piece of the puzzle in effective therapy, and finding a therapist who is right for you can feel daunting. To share a bit about myself and help you make an informed decision, I have a background in social work and have worked alongside children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, difficult relationships, major life transitions, and complicated systems.
I believe therapy is an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you, and build a life that feels more authentic, intentional, and connected to what matters to you. It is important to me that the techniques and approaches we use in therapy are grounded in research while also making space for curiosity and the individual needs of each person. I am also interested in how connection with the natural world, mindfulness, and meditation can support healing, grounding, and greater awareness.
Wherever you are starting from, I look forward to meeting you there.
