Think of it as dancing together, where you are leading.

Group has consistently been shown to be the most effective tool for individual growth. It is a space for you to understand that you are not alone in the way that you feel, think, or worry. It is a perfect place to practice being the authentic person you want to be in your daily life, but aren’t sure how it will feel.
